By placing an order through the Website you agree that: (1) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and (2) You are at least 18 years of age.

If you wish to amend any part of your order once it has been accepted and payment has been made then you will need to contact us at your earliest convenience.
The contract will only relate to those Products whose despatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the despatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation email. Please note that for any orders where Paypal is used, the payment is processed immediately after your order is placed.
We may decline to sell any product to you for any reason. We are not obliged to tell you the reason for our decision.
For Subscription Plans
a. Who can subscribe?Any Customer can create a subscription where the option to do so is available.
b. How do subscription plans work?Your Taylor of Old Bond Street subscription plan will create a new order at regular intervals as selected by the Customer. At that point a new order will be created, charged to your preferred payment method and sent to you.
c. Price changesWhen your subscription order is created the price per unit will reflect the price represented on the website at that time for the subscription of the product(s). Taylor of Old Bond Street reserve the right to change their prices at any time.
d. Minimum commitmentFor all subscriptions there is a minimum order commitment of 3 orders for all monthly subscription plans.
e. Failed paymentsIf your preferred payment method fails to complete, Taylor of Old Bond Street’s automated system will reattempt again until successful for three consecutive days. If no payment is received your subscription will then be terminated.
f. Security checksTo ensure that your credit card is not being used without your consent, we reserve the right to validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases.
We also reserve the right to perform a credit check. By accepting these supplementary Terms and Conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal data provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency (CRA) who may keep a record of that information.
If you wish to terminate your subscription, you may do so by contacting Customer Services at sales@tobs.co.uk, or by visiting our Taylor of Old Bond Street Jermyn Street store. You will not be entitled to a refund for any orders already paid and despatched at the date of termination. Please note the minimum subscription commitment requirements. If you decide to cancel your subscription, this does not affect your statutory rights.
h. Terms of useTaylor of Old Bond Street reserves the right to change the subscription Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Should that be the case, we will provide adequate notification to subscribers affected by any such change.

All goods purchased online at www.tayloroldbondst.co.uk can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase, provided that the items are un-opened and in their original packaging. When returning your goods, please enclose your original dispatch note/receipt, or add a cover note with your contact details and order number.
All returns are made at customers' own cost and risk. Taylor of Old Bond Street, Ltd will refund the postal cost of your returns only if the items are faulty or damaged. We recommend that customers send returns via Recorded Delivery, as Taylor of Old Bond Street, Ltd will not assume responsibility for items lost in transit. Provided goods are returned in their original condition, a full refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of goods to Taylor of Old Bond Street, Ltd.
